Looks like filmis can’t celebrate in peace without their neighbours getting disturbed. A few weeks ago, Shahid Kapoor’s big, birthday bash was spoiled by cops who acted on the complaints of neighbours. The ‘Kaminey’ star had to wind up his party a few hours before he would have liked to.

Yesterday, unfortunately it was Kangna’s turn to go through the same trauma. Despite being an ‘outsider’ in the industry, she had planned and organized a big birthday bash to celebrate her 24th by inviting her close Bollywood friends to her Bandra residence. Unfortunately, the party was a bit of a downer in more ways than one.

First of all, quite a few biggies that she had invited failed to turn up. This included Hrithik Roshan, her ‘Kites’ co-star, Sanjay Dutt and wife Manyata, Ekta Kapoor, her ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbai’ producer and Arjun Rampal.

The next problem came up when the cops busted in. Kangna was having a good time with her friends when the Mumbai police walked in and slapped her a fine, ostensibly on the complaint of a neighbor.
