The person who is paralyzed, can get robotic assistance. If someone has lost ability to control an organ of the body or has lost muscle function in specific area, can use new invention to regian the original functionality. So far scientists have developed artificial muscle to replace the muscle in eyelids.

New invention in computers is lip-reading computers. These computers can identify multiple languages. These computers can differentiate between 3 languages just by lip movement. So in near future, instead of typing anything, you will just speak. Typing speed will not be a constrain any more.
The revolutionary research is currently led by Stephen Cox and Jake Newman. The computer could identify Arabic, Cantonese, English, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Polish and Russian. The study was funded by the EPSRC and is a part of a larger project of the University of East Anglia that focuses on automatic lip-reading.
